Monday to Friday  9am to 5pm,  Saturday  9am to 12pm. Closed public holidays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Adelaide Ute Accessories aim is to provide our customers with a first class service, and we hope that our trading terms reflect this.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS.

Every effort is made to ensure that our products  and product descriptions accurately describe the goods that you will recieve, however Adelaide Ute Accessories cannot gaurantee that slight variations will not occur.

PAYMENT.

We accept the following, Visa, Mastercard, and Direct Debit. Credit cards details are transmitted on the web using encrypted 128 bit encryption. Credit card details are not stored by Adelaide Ute Accessories once the transaction has been completed.

PRICING POLICY.

All Adelaide Ute Accessories prices are inclusive of GST for Australian residents, but not delivery or insurance charges.

DELIVERY.

Delivery is usually within 7 to 21 working days. In the  unlikely event of us not being able to fullfill this commitment to you, we will inform you as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchace, you can return it to us within 7 days. Return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt, Adelaide Ute Accessories will refund your money less delivery cost, and a 10% back into store handling cost. Refund will be direct debit into your account, less the credit card charge of 2%. The customer will have to pay the return postage to Adelaide Ute Accessories.

CANCELLED ORDERS.

If you cancel your order, you must return it to Adelaide Ute Accessories within 7 days from the date you recieved it in it's original packaging. You will have to pay the postage and also a 10% back into store handling cost. Once this is done you will be refunded your money by direct debit into your bank account, less the delivery cost and a credit card charge of 2%.

WARRANTY.

All our products come with a warranty  from 12 months to 3 years depending on the factory warranty. Please check with us when ordering.

SECOND HAND ACCESSORIES.

Any second hand accessories are not coverd by any warranty.

WARRANTY RETURNS, WARRANTY PARTS, OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS SENT OUT.

Any warranty returns, warranty parts or replacement products that have to be sent out or sent back to Adelaide Ute Accessories the labour, postage or freight cost will be at the cost to the customer. Anything below a total cost of $10.00 Adelaide Ute Accessories will pick up the cost.

PRIVACY POLICY.

All Credit Card information from customers will not be stored and will be shredded after being used. All customer names and address are store in our Myob System and are only used if the customer reorders or we do an internal email mail out. No information about are customers are sent to any outside direct mail out company's.
